Product: Hp2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have a  hp 2000 that runs on Windows 8 serial number [edited] and I don't have an admin. Password or a power on password and I can't seem to get it to factory reset. All it does when I hit f11 is beep. Someone please help
