Product: HP ENVY dv6-7305se Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have installed windows 11 on it and the battery life is really bad so I keep it plugged in all the time and I use it regularly. I have also tried taking it to places like curry's PC World but they say they can't to anything. I had been using it with Windows 11 and had no problem with it for about a month. The problem only started when I opened the laptop the clean the fan.

It is a very old machine, you have to run limited support under Windows 11. I would not spend time to run Windows 11 in the first place.

Yes but the problem isn't with windows 11 the laptop won't turn on at all. I had been using it with Windows 11 and had no problem with it for about a month. The problem only started when I opened the laptop the clean the fan.
