I have an HP laptop model number 15-F211WM And it will not power on I pushed the power button and the Wi-Fi like blinks multiple times I plug in the AC adapter it's your doctor same thing I'm wondering what I need to do to fix it I've seen online that it might be the ram

Thank you for responding to my post I went through and did exactly what both videos told me to do and it did not work I still have a black screen And when I push the power button F12 key Wi-Fi key light keeps blinking Like it was before

Connect an external monitor via vga/hdmi. Is there anything to see ? Repeat restore flash procedure again ...

(1) Test the charger with a multimeter (DC mode). It could be that the charger basically works.

(2) Look closely at and into the charger socket of the notebook. 

In many cases, solder connections break. Check the inside of the socket for damage.

(3) Please report your results

Thank you for your response. I have a brand new charger that I just got for it. And I looked inside the hole where you put the charger into it everything looks good. I Took the battery out And just use the plug and the light comes on where you plug it in at. And it still does the same thing like when you hit the power button  the screen  Doesn't come on but the Wi-Fi light flashes shuts off turns back on flashe. It does the same thing as when I have the battery in it. Once again I want to thank you for your help I appreciate it
