HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp zbook laptop. I just tried turning it on And only get a "blue screen". It does not have a removable battery.... I don't know what to do. I have unhooked power scorce and held power button down for 15 sec. Plugged ac cord back in and turned on. And still have the same problem. Can someone please help me?   Also it has win 10 pro and Is 64 bit....
