I have erased the machine completely. I was able to create a bootable usb from my mac mini m2, but cannot get windows to ever load. I am not a programmer so scripts and command lines is not what I need. I cannot load any driver that I have tried to download because I cannot extract the ANYTHING on my m2 machine. I know this is a mac issue because I can't access anything or do anything needed to solve the problem. So I need to know the cheapest way to get this done with purchasing a windows usb or what. I am totally stuck.

Also, Paul, as stated, I can't get anything to work. I don't have the skillset. I was able to create a bootable USB drive, but I cannot do anything further because I cannot - no matter what I have tried - get any drivers to be read or accessed.

Hi:
The problem is a relatively easy one to fix but you will have to find a way to unzip the Intel storage controller drivers I attached below.
The problem is that with all PC's having Intel 11th generation or newer processors Windows does not natively include the storage controller drivers needed in order to find the drive.
I still can't believe that after 4 years now, Micrsoft and Intel haven't put their heads together and incorporated these drivers into the Windows installation media.
I assume you boot from the installation media, and when you get to the part that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' there is a 'no drives can be found' message or words to that effect?
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and W11 should install.

Paul, this is fabulous. You are correct in all the prompts I get. The only other issue is that the bootable drive I have could be Windows 10. I forgot. Can you send the same files for Windows 10 just in case?
