I'm having trouble getting into my computer because it's asking for a recovery key (bitlocker) to get in. I have tried to find this code on the microsoft site after following the instructions but have not found anything there either. Also tried to reset the computer but that doesn't work either, my school has nothing to do with this so they can't find the code either. My computer is not even 2 weeks old so I need help, kind regards, Liam

The only information I know of is from this Microsoft link:
Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support
If that information is of no help, then you will have to reinstall Windows.
There's no other option you have.
