Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

 I need a case number to talk with a person in support. Have tried everything else nothing has worked

You won't be able to get a case number from within the HP Forum. 

 

You will need to contact HP directly.

 

Here is a hyperlink to the product support portal for your printer.  Look on the top bright blue line and click on Contact Support
