HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1017ur
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

for cleaning laptop I disconected battery and after all the system shows problem with CMOS like "The CMOS checksum is invalid. The CMOS will reset to the default configuration.." with error CMOS Reset (502). After reboot the system doesn't turn on, so I tried load from an emergency BIOS recovery by using key Windows and B, it is load some files but still the systems doesn't load. Then I tried by USB Flash Drive restore the BIOS from official website, it is too load but system still doesn't load. We showed to service centre they said that our laptop bios is rare so they can't find it. Where we can find this one?

Hi @AskhatB,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

I see that you are facing issues with reloading the BIOS on your HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-Dk1017ur.

This could be a hardware issue with the hard drive and may need to be replaced.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.

Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
