Hello!

I need update my Legasy BIOS to UEFI for bootmgr.efi (dv6-2055er, MB ID: 3636, BIOS ID: 02330F08).

HP Support Assistent can not help me. Windows Application Insyde Flash error say me "Find other Insyde IHISI Flash".

How I can update my BIOS to UEFI ? HELP ME, PLAESE!!!

Hi:

 

Your BIOS cannot be upgraded to UEFI, so any BIOS update that you install would not do that for you.

 

HP retired support for your notebook's model series since it is more than 10 years old.

 

This reputable 3rd party website has the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook.

BIOS для HP Pavilion dv6-2055er (driver.ru)

 

It was only written to be run using Windows Vista or Windows 7, so I don't recommend running it in Windows 11.

 

As I wrote above...you cannot turn a legacy BIOS into a UEFI BIOS with an update.
