Product: Hewlett-Packard SpeCtre notebook

Serial Number [edited]  Model 13-4103dx

I turned it on and it keeps circling.  I  need to get my photos and address off.  I have not idea where how to get it to let me access the data - it keeps spinning then it stops and I have hit the return button so it keeps going

Since the Notebook wont boot up, I suggest you perform a Reset. Ensure you select keep your personal files during the installation
