Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 2017 Spectre x360 13-ac0XX, and I set the administrator and power on passwords a few days ago  but now I want to disable them. I looked at several videos that go about disabling them but I can't access the "I" + 8 digits because it is asking for the HP Sparekey USB Recovery Key but I never enabled it.
