If you click to expand the Revision History section for the BIOS update at the link below, you will find the list of all available updates and F.34 isn't one of them.

 

Driver - HP Notebook - 15-bs033ne | HP® Customer Support

 

There is a F.32 and a F.35 but not a F.34.

 

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get that specific BIOS version.
