For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

 

Contact Support >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html

 

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

 

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???

Those didnt work, it gives a different code each time I reboot the last code is 85DD85B9. Thanks
