This Notebook is unable to completely shutdown from Windows. The screen goes blank but the power is still on. The power and wireless LEDs stay on.
If I execute poweroff /s from DOS it powers off OK. If I push down the power button for 4 secs, it also power off OK,.
It cmw with Windows 7 but was updated to Windows 10.
I have updated drivers and BIOS without being able to fix the problem.
What shoudl I try next ?

Hi
It is usually an errant app, like A/V not closing quickly enough.
But...

I would consider clearing the Fast Start Up option and letting things take their time.
