Hello,
I do not know my administrator password.
I want to upgrade from a 32-bit to 64-bit OS using my USB drive. When I go to BIOS in the startup menu, that's where I get stuck.
It asks me to enter an administrator password, and I fail to input the right one.
When I fail to put in the right password, I will get this: System Disabled. And I will get an error code: 75002124
Please reply ASAP, as this operation is important.
Thanks in advance,
