Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new laptop, 2 absolutely new flash cards with Windows 10 but can't install windows. Only black screen appears, no signs.

what do you mean with " 2 absolutely new flash cards with Windows 10" ?

 

IF you ordered thr Probook 450 G7 with Windows 10 installed , it should start and let you select the language.

By absolutely new flash cards I mean that personally did not download Windows from any sourse, I have bought  them ready made. There is no installed Windows on my laptop, I have bought 2 things separately - a laptop and a flash card.
