EliteBook 8560w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening everyone.

I upgraded to windows 10 on 8560w notebook throught clean new installation, a new SSD was installed, the laptop works fine, I upgraded some missing drivers and then proceed with the various installations.

So I wanted to stop to make an external backup (with external program from USB) but the program fails to start because it cannot find the disk, when I enter the bios I discover  I can scroll through the various items, only a few items can be modified and I see that Intel Anti-Theft locks the bios but doesn't give me a chance to unlock. I have already changed the SSD disk before but this problem never occurred, the bios was always editable, how can I unlock the BIOS?

During enter bios the machine ask me a password or a fingerID, i chose password because I have a password, I enter not as a guest user.

Some idea? Can HP Security Manager be useful? I had just uninstalled it when I noticed the problem, I thought he was the cause of the problem

I can provide screenshots of bios  if useful.
Thanks for your help
