Is there any way to boot the Spectre x360 2-in-1 without opening the lid?

I have an older Spectre x360 2-in-1 laptop from 2018 (System Model - HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-bl1XX.) The power button is on the outside, so when I'm using the laptop 'docked' I'd like to be able to press the button and have the laptop boot straight up when it's attached to an external monitor. However, I have to open the lid and then press the button, then re-close the lid. Is there any way to get the laptop to just boot straight up when the power switch is pressed, regardless of whether the lid is open or not?

There is no option to turn on the notebook without opening the lid of the notebook.
