Hello @Cagioniere
Your notebook model basically cannot handle Sleep and Hibernation.
This is combined problem of hardware and BIOS.
HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support / HP Technican should provide BIOS update or replace motherboard ...
HP warranty expired:
(1) Disable Windows Sleep and Windows Hibernate
How to disable Sleep Mode or Hibernation
(2) Restart Windows
(3) Test again ( Shutdown / Power on )
(4) Please report your results
Kind regards

I don't know if this information is useful. I have also observed that when I turn on the notebook with the battery charger inserted, the following alert does not appear, which instead happens if I turn on the notebook without leaving the battery charger plug inserted. Anyway I will report the results to you.

Hello @Cagioniere
(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)
--->>> Perform Component Tests ( AC Adapter / Battery )
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
See section <Running HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tests when Windows doesn't start>
See how it works:

(2) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )
( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

I report the results. I think I have followed your instructions correctly but the test results are all passed. I think not to make other attempts but to bring with me the notebook on, paused and with the screen down. Thank you for your advice and the time you have dedicated to me.
