Product: HP 15-bn070wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After receiving windows 10 updates (from 1903 it is currently on 20h2) my keyboard does not work when powering on my laptop.  If I put the laptop to sleep and wake it up the keyboard works as it should.

 

any Thoughts?

Replaced the touchpad button board and now the keyboard works properly.

Windows updated from ver 1903 and now has 20h2 which was done through the windows update feature
