HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D4AV)

I entered the bios (or UEFI settings) on my HP Envy laptop, which was very hard to do, as normally on startup my computer would fail to detect me rapidly hitting the F10 key before booting into Windows.

I finally got into the UEFI settings by using Advanced Startup in Windows settings.

But there was a problem. The keyboard would only work for the first two seconds in the UEFI settings, and then immediately stop working. I had to use the touchscreen to change the settings. There is an on-screen keyboard available, but without any arrow keys, making it harder.

While most of the settings I was able to change using the touchscreen, it would not allow me to change the boot order. I don't have any password protection on my UEFI.

The keyboard used to work in the UEFI settings. How do I get it to work again? And how do I get my computer to allow me to enter the UEFI settings more easily?
