HP Chromebook 14-ca030nr
Chrome OS

I have not touched my Chromebook in a few days, apparently the adapter I had plugged into it will not charge the PC enough to fire it up. I get a quick white flash, followed by a long red/amber flash, followed by a fast white then red and then, no lights. This only happens when it's plugged into the right side port located next to the micro SD slot. And only when I use the computers original power supply cord.  I tried relocating the adapter from its original outlet, to no avail. I then connected my USB c turbo charger for my lg phone, and it appeared to be charging as the led remained amber for the 24 hrs I left it plugged in in Order to properly troubleshoot a potential drained battery as the Issue. That did not work either. I tried 3 different outlets, with and without surge protectors. I tried 3 different cables and charging blocks, as well as my emergency backup portable power charger used during power outages. The weirdest thing happened when I did that. There is a light indicator on the portable power bank that indicates when it's being used. The lights on the power bank kept blinking on and off as if the PC was trying to suck power from it, but it just didn't have a big enough straw... Kinda like trying to start a car without a working starter..or spark plug....just begging to result in a flooded engine...if you get my analogy... It tried for a good five minutes then stopped trying and the pretty amber light went out once more. The weirdest part of all this is that when I use the cord and power cube for my phone,  plugged into the left port ( no lights on that port), the amber Iight stays on as if it's charging. Yet it still refuses to power up.... Even when pressing the power button for over 3 minutes.... I can't even get enough charge to try a hard reset... I see in these posts that I am most likely going to have to open this puppy up and perform a little surge--ery.. My big question is this, what is the flash code associated with my failed attempts to jumpstart my brain...aka....my computer....
