Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , When restarting the laptop battery, Windows 10 stopped loaded. As I assume, the BIOS chip does not have their own battery and it is powered by a laptop battery. It is very similar to how Windows loader has spoiled. The laptop has a BIOS from InsyDeh2O. I tried using the command line to create a new Windows loading program on the hard disk, entering the "FixBoot" command (There is no sprocket near the GPD), but an entry appears on the command line - "denied access". The "FixMBr" command is successful. What can be done? How to restore windows? Thanks,

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

The Notebook battery should not be interring with the Boot up process

Do you experience the same issue with the AC Adapter connected?

Do you get any error messages?

I suggest you run an SFC Scan if you are able to boot up the Notebook
