Hello,
I bought a laptop that already had a BIOS problem. After a BIOS update, it became completely blocked.

I tried everything I knew to fix it, but nothing worked. I wanted to download the correct BIOS from HP’s website, but my computer model does not appear in the list. I also tried searching using the serial number and the product number, but nothing shows up.

The only result I can find is when I search for the laptop name “HP G6-1340EF”, but HP redirects me to the Pavilion DV6-1340EF, which is not the same computer.
