Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (599K2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, after updating my laptop's BIOS yesterday (link:https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/victus-by-hp-15.6-inch-gaming-laptop-15-fa0000/2101...), I encountered black screen on boot today as well as being stuck on Victus logo. Is there something wrong? I just purchased this 3 days ago. Thoughts and possible fixes are appreciated. Thank you

Hi, I already downloaded and installed them along with the BIOS, should I install them once more?  As seen from here.

Answer is No.

In this folder [ c:\SWSetup ] HP stores already installed software packages, this is the history so to speak.

Kind regards
