Hi @Sarvesh_04
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
That sounds frustrating, but let's try a few targeted troubleshooting steps to get your HP Pavilion-15-egxxx powered on.
Step 1: Identify the Blink Code
- Count how many times the power button blinks before pausing.
- Each blink pattern corresponds to a specific hardware issue (e.g., CPU, RAM, BIOS failure).
- You can check HP’s official blink code guide for reference.
Step 2: Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
- Hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and power adapter.
- Try turning on the laptop.
Step 3: Reseat RAM and Storage
- Power off the laptop and unplug all cables.
- Open the back panel and locate the RAM sticks.
- Remove and reinsert the RAM securely.
- If possible, reseat the SSD/HDD as well.
- Restart the laptop.
Step 4: Recover the BIOS
- Plug in the power adapter.
- Hold Windows + B keys, then press the power button for 2-5 seconds.
- Release the power button but keep holding Windows + B until you hear beeping sounds.
- If the BIOS recovery screen appears, follow the instructions.
Let me know what results you get, and I can refine the approach further! Hopefully, we can get your laptop running again.
