Pavilion g series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

As soon as I remove the power plug from my laptop, it immediately shuts off.  This started happening two days ago.  Desktop icon says 94% available (plugged in, charging) at present. Ran the diagnostic at boot by pressing F2 key and ran battery test. Result was
Charge capacity: 74% Battery Status OK(0)
Battery age: 1522 days

So, while battery may not be a spring chicken, it dies as soon as I pull the plug to the charger. How come, ya think?
