OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I've been having an issue with my Omen 16 laptop in which the device's screen and become unresponsive while gaming. The keyboard lights also turn off, and I am completely unable to turn the device on until about 5 minutes later (sometimes more). I have already tried several different things to try and fix it such as: setting battery to performance mode (device is plugged in with charger), updating bios, updating Windows, updating drivers, factory resetting, and several other things.

I also went through the HP hardware diagnostics on bootup, and it stated that there were no issues with the laptop or any of its components. Looking at the Windows Event Viewer, I saw that each time the device locked up, event 700 in win32k was logged, stating that "Power Manager has requested suppression of all input (INPUT_SUPPRESS_REQUEST=1)."

I'm unsure if the issue is related to overheating either, as I logged system temperatures with HWiNFO, and the highest temperatures recorded were 83.1°C for the CPU, and 69.3°C for the GPU, which happened around 30 sec before the lock up and black screen. The air vents are clean and not clogged with any dust or things like that, and the laptop is sitting on a wooden desk. This issue persists even at max fan speed, so I am unsure of whether or not overheating could be the cause.

I hope the information provided helps, and please tell me if there's anything else needed, thank you.
