HP Recommended

Hi - had a machine presented with motherboard issues so a replacement was fitted. Everything fired up OK so motherboard was working. Machine did a reboot and suddenly it was doing a BIOS update. The power went off and now I cannot get it to power on again. Tried all the usual disconnect battery and keypress options but no power light. Everything seems dead.

Has anyone any other suggestions please?
