Envy x360 15-cp0002
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After restart Windows login laptop does not accept any alpha (ABC..) characters, only numeric (123..) characters are echoed to login line. Funny thing is that after failing attempts Windows askes for 'A1B2C3' to be entered, and this works.

Not a HW issue: HW Diagnostics recognizes all keyboard buttons, and picture is the same when trying an external USB keyboard.

Solved. Another user on same PC had added 'Pincode' as preferred authentication which spilled over to other users even if they didn't have pincodes. So it made sense in this mode to only accept numeric characters
