HP Recommended

My notebook is not turning on and not even charging. It has less than 1y that I bought it new, and it has never happened any issues with it before. I tried the instructions from AI support, but it didn't work. I plugged the battery charger and it does not give any sign of life (no light on or noise from fan). It hasn't happened anything with it either so not sure what else I can do before activating my guarantee
