Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model

I can no longer boot up my laptop.  A few days ago, I booted up to a black screen that had an error message about the BIOS & it said that I should try a BIOS recovery.  I followed the instructions on the HP website on how to create the BIOS repair drive, and I did that.  I then plugged the USB drive in, but when I booted again, I got the same error message.  Nothing else.  So I left it off for 2 days and then tried to boot it and I couldn't.   No lights, nothing.
