Hi! Please help!
When I connect my Spectre 360 laptop to its power cable it doesn’t seem to take the charge anymore. The computer doesn’t turn on. It’s black.
I tried doing a hard reset and also unplugging the power cord from the Adapter and plugging it back in. That didn’t help. All my outlets work fine so that’s not the problem either.
I see a light blinking 3 quick times when I press the power button and then the light disappears and the computer remains off.
It seems “dead”.
How can I be sure that the problem is the AC adapter power cable? What if my computer is broken?
Could anyone advise me or guide me in the right direction. The virtual assistant didn’t help unfortunately and I don’t know how go get a human on the phone to help me.
Thanks so much!

Hi,
It should not be too difficult to see if the charger is not working as you can use another HP charger.
Maybe your local computer repair shop (or a friend) could loan u a charger to see if the charging light comes on. You did leave the connector attached for a few minutes
I believe 3 blink usually means that the notebook is nor receiving sufficient power. So the first step is to try a different charger.
Hope it helps,
David
