HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U75AV)

Hello,

my laptop had an issue the last few months, where if i plugged in the charger the charging led went on for like a second and then went off again. It also didn't recognize the charger at all anymore unless i plugged it into a different outlet and if it did charge, the laptop was so slow it was basically unusable. I tried the troubleshooter but it said my charger and the battery were fine. Changing anything about the power options also didn't do much. Usually it was fixed by just restarting the laptop a few times. Last week was the first time that didn't help so I looked up online and saw someone had a similar issue on here and the suggestion was to go the the device manager and deinstall the stuff in the battery category. That however didn't help. I then used the recovery option to reinstall windows and keep my data. That just barely worked (given that I could not charge the laptop) and after that it seemed to charge just fine. I had the same problem just today and after trying the other thinggs again I decided to reinstall windows again. That worked up until the login screen, then the entire thing went black but the lights on the keyboard were still on. Because the entire laptop didn't seem responsive anymore I pressed the power button to turn it off and tried turning it on again but nothing happened. When I plug in the charger the charging led on the laptop gives me first a long red blink, then three short white blinks and then two short white blinks. I tried multiple outlets but it stays the same.
