My laptop always freezes for a couple of minutes after turning it on, the freeze is not immediate, i have a couple of seconds where my laptop is functioning properly and after that, everything just stopped working. It sometimes freezes randomly too, just yesterday my laptop freezed after playing a game and then crashed. Idk what to do since im not really good at dealing with IT stuff. My laptop is not even a year old, i just bought it a few months ago.

I think i found out what caused this problem, apparently this problem happen only when i try to turn on my laptop while the charger is plugged in, so i tried to turn on my laptop while not pluggged in and just like that, the problem's gone. I do not know how that work but Im glad i finally found the source of the problem.
Update: No, it was not the charger problem, it was because of my outdated gpu driver. So if you guys are having the same problem, check first if it's an outdated driver that causing the problem

Hi @Mokotan
I recommend you to follow these steps
In windows search type CMD, in the result click run as administrator and type (One at a time and then enter)
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
then restart windows and check.

How much memory have ?, check in the task manager to deactivate the programs you have at startup and try again.
