Microsoft Windows 11

My  laptop always freezes for a couple of minutes after turning it on, the freeze is not immediate, i have a couple of seconds where my laptop is functioning properly and after that, everything  just stopped working. It sometimes freezes randomly too, just yesterday my laptop freezed after playing a game and then crashed. Idk what to do since im not really good at dealing with IT stuff. My laptop is not even a year old, i just bought it a few months ago.

I think i found out what caused this problem, apparently this problem happen only when i try to turn on my laptop while the charger is plugged in, so i tried to turn on my laptop while not pluggged in and just like that, the problem's gone. I do not know how that work but Im glad i finally found the source of the problem

Hi @Mokotan

I recommend you to follow these steps

In windows search type CMD, in the result click run as administrator and type (One at a time and then enter)

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then restart windows and check.

I tried it and it still doesn't work, i ask a friend of mine and he said it might be a hardware issue, is that true?
