Hp 15 - f272wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have tried taking the battery out and using just the wall plug but it doesn’t act any different.

I have turned off and held the windows +B button then pressing the power button.

I have tried hooking up to 2 different TVs and using the fn+f4 button.

I have tried everything that I can read and understand how to do but nothing changes. When you press the power button 2 lights on the side (power and something that looks like discs) and the light on f12 (satellite tower image) light up for a second then go off for about 4 secs, they all light up for about 4 seconds then go off for 4 more secs then they all blink once and start again with off for 4 secs, .....

Hi

Just to certain you have already done my usual suggestions?

Please 1st try a Hard Reset

Press and Hold the PWR off button for 4 seconds to force a PWR off.

Unplug from the wall.

If you see a battery compartment door, your computer has a removable battery.

Remove any removable battery.

This is valid for most notebooks;

Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to complete the reset.

Re-insert any battery you removed.

Turn off the notebook.
Plug the notebook into a power source using the power adapter.
With the notebook off, press and hold the Windows logo key and the B key at the same time (WinKey +B).

NB: On some notebook models, it might be necessary to press and hold the Windows logo key and the V key (WinKey +V).

While pressing those keys, press and hold the Power button on the computer for 2 to 3 seconds, and then release the Power button but continue to hold the Windows logo key and the B or V key until the HP BIOS update screen displays or you hear a beeping sound (usually 8 beeps).

Can you ID the fault from this document...

I did try this before but when I did the second part I was letting go of the windows button and b at the same time and I did not know about trying v instead of b.

After doing these steps again but holding them down longer I still never heard any beeps so I finally let go. But now I hear a noise that sounds like the disc drive trying to read something (it is empty).
Still no screen and all the same lights blink in the same pattern as before.

Thank you for some suggestions and maybe it will all of a sudden turn on 🤞🏼
