Hi,

I just turned on the laptop.

1. My photo is not loaded. (Pic 1.)

2. Nothing is activated by click.  (Pic 2.)

3. I should press the power button to turn off the laptop.  (CTRL+ALT+DEL is not working.)

Hi,

A couple of questions, if you attach a USB device is it recognized. Have you tried an external mouse or keyboard.

Try performing HP diagnostics on the system at boot.

Turn of the PC by holding power button. Turn on PC and press ESC continously until startup menu appears. Next press F2 and try the system test.

Let me know,

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I changed the battery to my mouse.

Now, everything is OK.

Now, I realize Clicking consumes electricity.
