I want to know the repair history

The product was locked as a stolen product, but it was sold in a broken state.


Since neither the seller nor the company is responding, I don't know which one to report to the police.

Through the repair history, I want to find out which is the problem.

 

So, I want to check if this has a history exchanged by the company.

I think the company has locked the product that was exchanged, and for this, I want to know if it has a history of replacing it with a ripper from hp.
