Example: Pavilion power 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday I got a Sandisk Plus SSD of 1TB, and was manually installing in into my laptop. During the process, I lost of the the screws that secured the ssd in place. After I screwed back on the cover and tried turning on my laptop, nothing happened. 5 minutes ago before I installed the ssd it was turning on fine

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model or product number of the machine. Here is how to find it

model

Are any leds coming on?

Is the charging led coming on?

Is the fan spinning?

No sign o life at all?

Did you loose the screws inside the notebook or you lost them once removed from the notebook?

Let us know,

David

The model is a HP Pavilion Power 15 ec0013dx. They are currently no signs of life, nor any activity from the led lights. The screw fell in the notebook during installation
