Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP pavilion 360 laptop , i was watching a series and in between my laptop got off suddenly and when i tried to on it , it wasn’t starting and when I connected the charger it didn’t showed any power indicator . My laptop isn’t starting till now , what should i do?

Sounds like you were video streaming on battery -- and it looks like the battery died as a result.

 

Video streaming is the most resource-demanding thing you can do, apart from gaming, and needs to be done with the charger connected all the time.

 

Unfortunately, some laptops will no longer start if the battery dies and until the battery is replaced, you can't start it up enough to run diagnostics to see what is wrong.
