Microsoft Windows 11

Hey, hoping to find some help with my problem!

So I have the following issue: recently, when having intensive programs open (usually a combination of a video game and Google Chrome, but it has also happened with just Chrome or with Chrome and MS Edge together), my laptop shuts itself down. It happens very suddenly, no warning or anything, just poof, completely off. The laptop can be started again immediately, but it does make it hard to use the thing for any purpose but browsing the web. Some other details:

- Windows' logs give the shutdown an error code of 41, implying a power issue. No further details are recorded by it, it shuts down too fast for that.

- I have brought the laptop to a repair shop already, who was not able to fix it. Their testing pointed at the graphics card (Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q Design) being a possible issue, as the laptop would run a game crashless when unplugged and on the internal card but immediately shut down when it was plugged in and the Nvidia card kicked in.

- The repair shop did end up cleaning the laptop and changed the thermal paste, as it got quite hot (~95 degrees celsius), but this did not fix the shutdown.

- I tried replacing the charger with a new one, to see if that was the issue, but it did not change anything.

So I guess I have the following scenarios:

- Something is wrong with the graphics card and that causes the shutdown? Maybe it was damaged by overheating, or something else? That might be a possibility?

- Maybe there is another power issue going on? But what part would cause it?

- Maybe the laptop still shuts itself down to prevent overheating? But why would it, when it was cleaned?

I have no idea if this information is useful or not, but any help/hints would be appreciated! Like any ideas of what could be possible causes, or if it would be worth it to have the graphics card replaced assuming that is the cause. The laptop's 2 year warranty has already expired.

Thanks in advance!
