Okay, i think i can get a usb stick. What are the steps to reinstalling windows with the current screens that pop up i have shown?

After creating the USB, you must put it in the computer turn on the device and enter the BIOS by pressing the F10 key several times and see in the UEFI boot if you have the USB as primary boot before the disk, save the changes and restart the computer again, My recommendation is that if you have no knowledge of how to install windows should seek a friend or technician who can help during installation.
