Laptop schwarzer Bildschirm

Hallo, mein Laptop startet seit heute nicht mehr richtig. Nach dem laden des HP-logos ist der Bildschirm schwarz. Bekomme die Fehlermeldung 0x000021a und 0x0000218. 

Habe schon versucht das System neu aufzusetzen mit persönliche Dateien behalten aber das funktionierte nicht da ein Fehler auftrat. Windows Update kann ich auch nicht deinstallieren. Habe nun den Schnelltest gemacht der hat mir bei Prozessortest:Modul fehlt angezeigt. Wenn ich bei Komponententest explizit Prozessor auswähle zeigt er mir folgendes an: "offenbar ist das uefi Support environment nicht korrekt installiert. Bitte installieren sie das Softpaq erneut. 

Ich bin mit meinem latein am Ende da es schon der zweite HP Laptop innerhalb 3 Wochen ist, der solche Problem anzeigt und ich die beiden nicht mehr verwenden kann und ich daran arbeiten muss. 

Könnt ihr mir vielleicht helfen?

Hello.

My notebook isnt working anymore. If  i try to Boot there is the hp-logo loading only and then blackscreen. Error 0xc0000218 and error 0xc000021a. 

Thats the second hp notebook which isnt working anymore within 3 Weeks.

Please help me
