My computer is stuck on the hp startup screen (hp logo with the 5 spinning circles) and when I try the f11 thing it doesn’t work, I also ran a system diagnostic and it said everything was fine. is there another way for me to try and fix this

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the cloud recovery client utility to create recovery media and reinstall W10.

 

You will need to create recovery media using another windows PC since yours is not working.
