My laptop is stuck in a boot loop. It says ‘please wait’ and then ‘preparing automatic repair’. Then it goes to a blue screen for a second saying there’s an issue and it will restart for me and it does it again and again. Sometimes it never goes to the blue screen, just the black screen with the hp logo and the loading circle.

i know my computer has a graphics driver issue and sometimes i have to press ctrl+shift+windows key+b. I was trying to do that for a while unsuccessfully so I held the power button to restart the computer and this is how I got stuck on the loop.

I’ve look for some solutions such as pressing F2, F10, and esc when it first turns on but neither have led to anything successful. I’ve tried to press f4 and f11 at start but they aren’t opening it seems.
