HP Recommended

My hp elite 830 5g won't start after it said the laptop wanted to restart so I thought it was a normal start but no when I want to turn the laptop on the screen hp  protection sure start comes up . Then a bit later it comes up saying the window has failed to start I don't have a disc and I need to do work on my laptop . Is there a way to fix it please let me know. This began on Tuesday 17th June and know it Sunday 22nd June
