Hi this laptop can be upgraded, especially Rome ? 

 

Now this device has a number of RAM Samsung 8GB (PC3L-12800) DDR3L 1.35V 1600 204-Pin has it

 

Can it be promoted from 8 to 16?

From Datasheet for the series, the answer is YES, it has 2 slots and supports up to 16GB

 

Bis zu 16 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM 4
Hinweis zum Standardspeicher: Übertragungsrate von bis zu 1.600 MT/s

2 SODIMM

I don't know what is virtual graphics, probalbly you are talking about video RAM (VRAM). Yes but only up to its limit. Please read the following article
