Product: HP Mini 311-1037NR
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just updated an old laptop Mini 311-1037NR from Win 7 to Win 10.  All was going well when I got the message that I could expect the system to turn off and on several times during the update.  When I returned to the machine, I was at the Windows HP logo with the word "Press the ESC key for Startup Menu".  Unfortunately, nothing happens when I do that, and so I seem to be stuck at a midpoint in the update.  Any suggestions on how to get past this issue?  thanks, Bill
