Product: HP Laptop - 14-dk1025wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a practically new laptop. It has Ryzen 3 and AMD RADEON graphics. The laptop is super slow and now it will not go past the login screen. I enter my pin and nothing happens. Then I have to re-enter my pin again. And nothing happens.

You should definitely NOT be having issues like this with a brand-new PC. Problems this early don't bode well for long-term reliability of this PC.
You should contact where you bought it, explain the situation and arrange for a return to get a full refund --- and then buy something else.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
